Register

Three ways to Register:

1. Register and pay ONLINE (by September 29, 2008)

  • Go to the online registration form - You’ll be re-directed to Westmont’s server
  • Fill out the simple form and hit SUBMIT
  • Your registration and online payment will be handled securely

2. Register and pay by FAX (by September 29, 2008)

  • Download the “I want to participate” form
  • Include the proper credit card information as requested
  • Fill it out completely and legibly
  • Fax it to Westmont’s Office of College Advancement: (805) 565-7250

3. Register and pay by MAIL (to be received by September 29, 2008)

  • Download the “I want to participate” form
  • Fill it completely and legibly
  • Include a check (memo: Collaborate) or your credit card information
  • Put it all in an envelope and mail it to:
